The Make It In The Emirates event in Abu Dhabi brought together over 30,000 visitors and 6,000+ key stakeholders from across the UAE’s industrial and manufacturing sectors. Designed as a multi-zone exhibition and conference environment, the event required structured coordination across registration areas, conference spaces, and high-traffic visitor zones.

Vibes delivered comprehensive event staffing solutions in Abu Dhabi, deploying 126 staff to support operational delivery across the venue. Teams managed registration, scanning, and access control, while also overseeing crowd control and customer service to maintain a steady and organised flow of attendees throughout the event.

Leveraging a strong pool of trained Emirati staff, Vibes also supported exhibitor requirements, providing stand hostesses and on-ground assistance to enhance exhibitor engagement and visitor interaction. Support extended across specialised roles including organiser assistants, conference and speaker assistants, room managers, runners, and supervisory teams, all operating under experienced onsite management. With multiple sessions running in parallel, the team ensured consistent execution across all areas, reinforcing Vibes’ capability in delivering scalable staffing solutions for large-scale exhibitions and corporate events in the UAE.
