Designed to simplify every step of your journey with us, the App ensures you have one central place to apply, stay organized, and access everything you need to succeed. Whether you are an experienced Vibes team member or a new applicant joining us for the first time, the App makes the entire process smoother, faster, and more reliable. From your first application to managing upcoming shifts and tracking completed projects, it gives you full control over your work with Vibes.

You can apply by downloading our new App, Vibes Staffing. This is your only way to apply for jobs, manage your schedule, access real-time event details and track projects and payments!
If you are already registered with Vibes, you can download the App and reset your password by selecting “Forgot Password”. Use the same email address you previously registered with Vibes to log in.
Each staffing segment has its own specific profile requirements and skills, so you can only apply to one segment. The available options are: (1) Event Staffing, (2) Hospitality, (3) Hosts, Hostesses & Models and (4) Event Experts. Applications for the same user from multiple emails will not be considered.
You will receive a notification stating that you’ve been accepted into Vibes’ database. Keep on checking the Job Market and Invited Jobs sections regularly, new opportunities fill up quickly, so the sooner you confirm, the better your chances of securing a spot.
Yes. We provide comprehensive training for all staff before the start of every event. Training covers event-specific requirements, role responsibilities, client expectations, and operational protocols. It also includes guidance on communication, guest interaction, and problem-solving to ensure you are fully prepared and confident in delivering a smooth event experience.
For short-term projects, payments are processed within 15 days after the project ends. For monthly projects, payments are made on the 5th of each month. All payments are issued through Lari Exchange.
Incomplete applications will not be considered. Once your profile is complete, and your profile matches the project requirements, our talent acquisition team will reach out to you to set a face-to-face interview.
You will need a valid ID, and valid UAE visa. For certain roles, visas, work permits, and PRO steps are arranged as required. Vibes manage all UAE-specific compliance to ensure a smooth start to your role.
For Formal Attire: we require formal black business suit; formal white shirt, black trousers and comfortable black flat ballerinas for females and black comfortable shoes for males. 
For Sports Attire: we require plain white or black polos, black pants and black comfortable sports shoes for both female and males.
For hostesses & models: we require knee-length black dress for gala dinners, with black heels. Note: We do not provide the relevant attire for any events; you are expected to have your own.
Transportation depends on the project. If required, Vibes arranges transportation for staff as part of the event planning. Details will be shared in advance, so you know exactly how to reach the venue.
