Vibes support one of the UAE’s largest hospitality staffing pools. To protect and raise standards, we launched the Vibes Bar & Hospitality Academy.
At the heart of the Academy is a dual training approach combining immersive, scenario-based instruction (high-volume drills, service choreography, guest interaction standards) with a structured online learning platform (expert-led modules, assessments, and progress tracking). Because in hospitality, confident, personable service is the difference between a “nice event” and “we’re coming back next year.”
Together, these dual formats of in-person and online training ensure every certified team member arrives event-ready with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to perform from their first shift.
The result is a select pool of certified staff trained specifically for live-event bars and service lines, delivering consistency at scale during peak hours and complex service flows. As the UAE’s event calendar continues to expand, Vibes remains a trusted partner committed to raising professional standards across the industry.
