The World Urban Forum gathered ministers, city leaders, and global delegates in Abu Dhabi for several days of plenaries, dialogues, and pavilion programming. The exhibition saw a large volume of arrivals in the morning, and high levels of movement between sessions.
Vibes placed 400 staff across entrances, registration halls, concourses, thematic pavilions, and VIP lounges. To start with, the registration team managed badge printing and issue resolution. Scanners verified entries and kept traffic flowing into the venue. Once inside, ushers directed movement between halls and secondary events, opening additional routes to reduce bottlenecks.
Conference assistants and speaker assistants worked efficiently behind the scenes to ensure that speaker events, dialogues and talks ran without a hitch. Supervisors played a key role in ensuring staff was positioned when and where they were needed the most. The event reinforced Vibes’ capabilities in supporting high-volume, multi-day international forums.
