World Trade Organizations

The World Trade Organization convened in Abu Dhabi for a multi-day ministerial conference bringing together member delegations, heads of delegation, and supporting officials. The program included plenary sessions, committee meetings, bilateral discussions, and working groups running in parallel. 

To ensure this large-scale event ran smoothly, our 150 Vibes staff members included a team of scanners, registration staff, ushers, info desks, conference assistants and managers, hosts and hostesses. 

Registration teams managed delegate check-in and credential support, feeding verified attendees directly into scanner-controlled access points where credentials were confirmed and throughput was managed efficiently. Ushers then directed guests between the different halls and conference rooms.  

During the exhibition, info desk teams provided program guidance, hall locations, and general venue support to ensure a smooth guest journey throughout. Inside the conference areas, conference assistants coordinated seating and timing, while managers maintained overall coverage, handled escalations, and made real time adjustments across teams. Hosts and hostesses supported official areas by welcoming delegates and guiding guests if needed across the exhibitor halls. 

This ministerial level event required a high degree of operational precision, and Vibes’ extensive experience ensured all staff performed their roles throughout the conference.
