World Future Energy Summit

The World Future Energy Summit ran in Abu Dhabi as a multi-day clean energy program with both conference and exhibition components across multiple halls. For the last decade and a half, Vibes has played a crucial behind-the-scenes role in its success, with staffing solutions that ensure smooth operations. 

Vibes supported event operations with 150 staff. Registration teams processed credentials during the exhibition, while scanners maintained steady throughput at entry points as delegates moved between sessions. Ushers provided wayfinding directing attendees to specific exhibitor stands, conference rooms, and program areas.

The Vibes teams proactively managed crowds around high-interest, clean energy technology showcases and live demonstrations, maintaining clear access across the show floor. Conference assistants and managers coordinated seating and managed session capacity, guiding attendees to appropriate alternatives when venues filled up. 

The summit ran on schedule with our staff handling different touchpoints, ensuring smooth flow between conference tracks and exhibition areas, and demonstrating Vibes’ experience in managing large scale technology exhibitions.
