Vibes was proud to support UNESCO’s multi-day global forum in Abu Dhabi. The event saw ministers, educators, and cultural leaders come together for plenaries, dialogues, and bilateral discussions. With early-morning arrivals and visitor peaks expected during session changes, our goal was to keep registration fast, transitions predictable, and participants focused on the event.
We deployed 80 staff across the venue, covering everything from entrances to VIP lounges. From door open to day close, our trained Vibes staff worked with efficiency and speed.
Accreditation staff managed the verification and issuance of passes, ensuring only authorized personnel, including VIP guests, media, and staff gained access to designated areas. Our scanning staff ensured fast, accurate entry, validating tickets and managing guest flow at checkpoints. Ushers guided attendees through thematic sessions, parallel events, cultural events, conference halls and priority areas, ensuring smooth movement minus congestion. The event highlighted how Vibes supports prestigious worldwide conferences in the UAE, with precise staffing and real-time staff management.
