Middle East Energy is a 3-day global power and infrastructure exhibition that runs at Dubai World Trade Centre. Attracting nearly 2,000 exhibitors and over 45,000 attendees, it is considered to be the Middle East’s definitive energy marketplace. Vibes has been staffing Middle East Energy since 2013.
A 186-strong Vibes team was deployed to cover key areas across entry gates, exhibition stands, product sectors, conferences and forums. Registration staff ensured quick check-ins for the large volume of visitors, supported by scanners who validated tickets. Ushers were positioned at strategic areas to help with wayfinding across exhibition stands, conference areas and VIP sections. Like any conference or event, there were high traffic areas and our crowd control team kept the flow of visitors moving smoothly and efficiently.
Vibes provided other aspects of event support, starting with organizer assistants and speaker assistants, who worked closely with organizers and presenters, managing their schedules and needs. Runners ensured lanyards, promotional materials, and other essentials were handled efficiently throughout the event. Finally, staff supervisors and onsite managers played a broader role, adjusting staff positions, and maintaining communication with organizers respectively. From day one till close, the event reflected how Vibes provides market-leading staffing for major UAE exhibitions.
