Medlab Middle East, one of the region’s leading healthcare trade exhibitions, returned to the Dubai World Trade Centre for its annual showcase of medical innovations, technologies, and services. The 2025 edition featured more than 800 exhibitors from over 40 countries and attracted over 20,000 visitors from around the world, highlighting the event’s role as a global hub for laboratory professionals and healthcare leaders.
Vibes was entrusted with recruiting, deploying, and managing a dedicated team of 250 event staff to ensure the smooth running of Medlab Middle East. Our team handled critical roles across registration, crowd control, speaker assistance, and operations, ensuring all areas operated efficiently and attendees had a smooth experience.
