Medlab Middle East took place at the Dubai World Trade Centre, bringing together global laboratories, diagnostics, and medical technology professionals for a multi-day industry exhibition. The event featured a combination of exhibition halls, technical conferences, and high-volume networking sessions. Since 2017, Vibes has supported the exhibition with expert event staffing, ensuring smooth operations throughout the event.
Vibes provided event staff and on-ground operations support, deploying 250 trained staff across registration counters, entry points, exhibition booths, and VIP areas. Registration staff processed credentials to clear morning queues. Hall ushers guided delegates between exhibition areas and conference venues, directing them to specific stands when asked.
In addition, the Customer Service staff managed the main event touchpoints by handling check ins, answering attendee questions, and supported orderly flow at entry and high traffic areas. Delegate Assistants provided direct attendee support by guiding delegates through schedules, assisted with on site needs. Lastly, Info Booth ‘May I Help You’ staff assisted visitors throughout the exhibition by providing clear information on session details, hall locations, and general event navigation.
