Medlab Middle East, one of the region’s leading healthcare trade exhibitions, returned to the Dubai World Trade Centre for its annual showcase of medical innovations, technologies, and services. The 2025 edition featured more than 800 exhibitors from over 40 countries and attracted over 20,000 visitors from around the world, highlighting the event’s role as a global hub for laboratory professionals and healthcare leaders.
Vibes has supported Medlab Middle East since 2017 and, in the latest edition, recruited, deployed, and managed a dedicated team of 250 event staff to ensure the smooth running of the event. The team delivered critical services across registration, conferences, crowd control, speaker assistance, and operations, ensuring efficient operations and a seamless attendee experience.
