IDEX and NAVDEX took place at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), as a major international defense and maritime exhibition, combining indoor exhibition halls with large-scale outdoor marina demonstrations. The event hosted official delegations, defense manufacturers, and public visitors, creating complex operational requirements across multiple venues. Vibes has been the preferred staffing partner for the exhibition since 2007.
Vibes deployed 450 trained staff across registration areas, exhibition halls & booths, marina access points, shuttle operations, and VIP zones. Daily operations were driven by early-morning badge collection, controlled delegation movements, and continuous transfers between indoor pavilions and waterfront displays.
Registration teams greeted attendees, managed check-in and data verification, and maintained orderly queues throughout the exhibition. Ushers managed traffic between halls and marina shuttles, directing visitors to live naval demonstrations and back to conference and exhibition areas.
