IDEX and NAVDEX, two of the Middle East’s largest defense and maritime exhibitions, were held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), attracting a record-breaking 206,073 visitors from around the world. The events brought together industry professionals, defense experts, and government officials to showcase groundbreaking technologies in land, sea, and air defense, with a strong focus on military innovations, maritime solutions, and security advancements.
Vibes was selected to manage staffing for both events, recruiting and deploying a skilled team of 450 staff members across various roles. Our team supported key areas such as accreditation, daily operations, attendee flow, speaker assistance, and customer service, ensuring smooth operations throughout the exhibitions.
Our involvement ensured that guest movement was well-coordinated, with efficient handling of entry points and smooth transitions across high-traffic areas. Vibes’ staff maintained order in the busy exhibition halls, supported delegates and ensured that staffing needs were met swiftly and effectively. With real-time coordination and attention to detail, Vibes helped create a secure environment, helping to deliver a high-quality experience for all attendees and exhibitors.
