Hosted at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Gulfood is an iconic 5-day food and beverage exhibition with thousands of exhibitors and millions of products being showcased. Vibes has been the preferred staffing partner for the event since 2017, helping operations run smoothly year after year.
Vibes deployed 250 staff placed across registration, info desks and gate scanners, as well as ‘May I help you’ staff, ushers, hosts and hostesses, crowd control personnel, fast track support along with on-site managers and supervisors.
Gate scanners validated tickets and managed guest flow at checkpoints. Our ushers and fast track support managed crowds between product pavilions and tasting stages, where cooking demonstrations and product launches drew crowds. Info Desk staff provided directions, program guidance, and visitor support at key touchpoints. On-site supervisors and managers were present to manage operations, and act as the key link between staff and organizers.
