Hosted at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Gulfood is an iconic 5-day food and beverage exhibition with thousands of exhibitors and millions of products being showcased The event highlighted the latest trends in food innovation, sustainability, and gastronomy, bringing together suppliers, manufacturers, and food enthusiasts to explore the future of food and drink.
Since 2017, Vibes has supported the delivery of Gulfood. In the latest edition, Vibes deployed 250 trained team members across the venue, providing both guest-facing and operational support across exhibition halls and conference areas, ensuring the venue remained organised and well-managed throughout the event.
Teams assisted with registration and entry operations, managed access control, and ensured smooth wayfinding across the venue for both exhibitors and visitors. In addition, Vibes coordinated staff placements, managed exhibitor setups, and supported back-of-house operations to maintain service levels.
Our involvement in the event demonstrates Vibes' capability to support large-scale exhibitions and conferences, in the food and beverage industry and beyond.
