GITEX Global returned to Dubai World Trade Centre as one of the region’s most anticipated multi-day technology exhibitions and conference programs held across five consecutive days. Since 2019, Vibes has been proud to support GITEX with handpicked and trained staff in different key functions.
Vibes deployed 200 staff across all exhibition halls, exhibitor booths, and meeting areas. Hosts and hostesses supported exhibitor booths by greeting visitors, showcasing technology products, platforms, and solutions to all attendees. Table managers coordinated client lunch meetings by managing reservations, seating, and timing to keep meeting schedules on track.
Supervisors monitored movement throughout the venue and managed on-site teams to maintain consistent operations across the full run of GITEX Global. The event reinforced Vibes’ capability in staffing high volume technology events in Dubai and across the UAE.
