Held at Al Maktoum Airport International Airport at the Dubai Airshow Site, it featured multiple stages, sessions and speakers at the cutting-edge of aviation and space technology. Vibes deployed 160 trained staff across entry gates, registration halls, concourses, apron connections, and VIP hospitality areas, providing attendees with a smooth experience from start to finish. Registration staff ensured smooth check-ins for attendees. Scanners managed access points for hassle-free entry. Ushers then guided guests to their destination inside the venue, and helped manage crowd flow between exhibition halls, display areas, demonstration zones, meeting rooms and hospitality areas.
For visitors or delegates who needed assistance, Info Desk teams provided directions, shuttle details, and meeting information. Onsite managers coordinated staff via radio and adjusted their positions based on real-time traffic and other requirements. The result was an event with minimal wait times and consistent flow across all areas of the exhibition, proving Vibes’ capability as a staffing partner for large-scale, prestigious events.
