Since 2015, Vibes has been trusted to support the Dubai Airshow, one of the world’s most high-profile aviation events, where safety, precision, and visitor experience are critical. In the latest edition, Vibes deployed 160 trained staff to provide operational support across the venue, guiding attendees to aircraft displays and live demonstration areas, managing crowd flow, and ensuring protocols were maintained. The team also supported smooth movement between sessions and networking zones, covering registration and delivering logistical assistance throughout the exhibition halls and outdoor display areas.
