Big 5 Global occupied Dubai World Trade Centre as a multi-day construction show across multiple halls, bringing together international exhibitors, industry professionals, and buyers across the construction and built environment sectors. Since 2013, Vibes has supported the event by providing trained staff for several key roles.
Vibes deployed 200 staff to support operations from scanners, ushers, hosts and hostesses who handled all attendees, delegates and VIP personnel across all entry points, exhibition booths, and VIP areas.
Scanners verified entry credentials at access points, supported queue control, and processed guests accurately to maintain steady gate flow. Ushers helped buyers locate specific exhibitor stands and navigate between product categories. Runners maintained stock levels of magazines, lanyards, and badges, and ensured tags were replenished at key points throughout the venue. Info desk staff provided visitors with session information, hall locations, and general guidance.
Staff supervisors reassigned personnel throughout the day, repositioning teams from lower-traffic halls to busier zones, reflecting Vibes’ extensive experience in staffing and managing large scale exhibitions.
