Dubai’s biggest beauty trade fair took over Dubai World Trade Centre for three days of product launches, live demonstrations, and buyer programs across multiple halls, supported by Vibes for staffing since 2018.
Vibes deployed 220 team members across entrances, concourses, show features, and VIP areas, with our supervisors managing and maintaining teams across the venue, repositioning them if required.
Our ushers guided guests from entrances to key areas, supporting wayfinding and seating, and maintained orderly movement throughout the venue. Runners stocked and replenished lanyards, badges, and printed materials. Not to forget, our elegant hostesses were positioned at different exhibitor booths, greeting visitors and demonstrating the cosmetic products to visitors.
Vibes teams were fully engaged in managing varied crowd types across all touchpoints, maintaining guest satisfaction throughout, which reinforced our capability as a trusted staffing partner for high volume retail and beauty exhibitions in Dubai and across the UAE.
