From 2019, Vibes has worked closely with the Summit to provide staffing solutions for smooth operations.
Vibes deployed 130 trained staff, covering registration, session coordination, and crowd management. Registration teams processed credentials efficiently during the morning arrival peak, ensuring on-time access for opening keynotes. Ushers directed delegates between seminar halls and the exhibition area, ensuring all visitors easily found their way around the venue.
Conference assistants and managers coordinated rapid room turnovers between back-to-back sessions, maintaining schedule accuracy without delays. Our staff supported the smooth distribution of approximately 2,000 attendees into eight breakout rooms running simultaneously.
