ADIPEC ran in Abu Dhabi as one of the region’s largest energy exhibitions and conferences, bringing together global energy companies, government stakeholders, and technical specialists across a large scale show. From 2014, Vibes has used its expertise in large scale events to provide the right level of support to ADIPEC.
To achieve this, Vibes deployed 650 staff, including ushers, info desk teams, zone managers, on-site managers, and hostesses across dedicated exhibitions and conference halls, managing high volumes of movement throughout the day.
Ushers supported wayfinding and crowd movement between halls, conference areas, and outdoor zones, while Info Desk staff provided directions, program guidance, and visitor support at key touchpoints. Zone managers coordinated staffing coverage across assigned areas and redistributed ushers based on peak flow and queue conditions.
Our on-site managers maintained operational oversight, escalation handling, and real time coordination with venue and event stakeholders. Hostesses supported exhibitor and VIP areas by greeting guests at the different booths.
