ADIHEX is an international equestrian exhibition that runs in Abu Dhabi, combining local heritage, outdoor sports, and hunting presentations across indoor halls and outdoor demonstration rings. Visitors were treated to falconry displays, shooting competitions, and equestrian events alongside traditional exhibition stands. Vibes has provided staffing solutions for the event from 2012 onwards.
Vibes deployed 150 trained staff to cover different functions. Registration teams efficiently managed check-ins while ushers guided attendees through the exhibition, directing them to different booths and product demonstration areas.
As volumes grew, crowd control teams swung into action to ensure that there were no bottlenecks or safety concerns. Supervisors repositioned teams based on traffic in the venue, and ensured all areas were properly staffed. This included managing standing capacity and safe viewing distances for falconry displays, covering transition points after equestrian events ended, as well as directing large groups and VIP delegations without disrupting operations. Runners supported delegates by keeping lanyards, promotional materials and tags stocked and replenished when needed.
