A citywide public art program took over Abu Dhabi, lighting up waterfronts, parks, and cultural districts with large-scale installations and nightly activations. Multiple zones were operating daily with family audiences arriving in waves.
Vibes deployed 250 staff across visitor services and public-facing touchpoints. Our teams were positioned at key entry paths, information points, and VIP hubs. From efficiently handling ticketing for enthusiastic art-lovers, to positioning buggy drivers at key points across venues, to providing crowd control staff to ensure smooth flow of guests, we operated with efficiency and responsiveness throughout the Biennial. Knowledgeable tour guides helped attendees comprehend the finer point of the exhibits, while hosts and hostesses ensured that VIPs got the warm welcome and support they needed.
The biennial adds to Vibes’ extensive experience supporting art and cultural events across the UAE, delivering staffing for events of this scale.
