Running over several days around UAE National Day, the Mother of the Nation Festival is a flagship family celebration held across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Al Dhafra, welcoming 200,000+ visitors with rides, games, cultural experiences, food, and immersive activations.
Since 2017, Vibes has acted as an on-ground extension of the organizing team, delivering structured staffing and real-time coordination across the full visitor journey. In the latest edition, we deployed 390+ team members in key roles including Ticketing, Guest Experience, F&B Retail, Kids Activations & Entertainment, Safety & Crowd Operations.
Led by supervisors and zone managers, our teams maintained consistent service standards across all three cities—keeping admissions moving, queues controlled, activations supported, and visitor enquiries resolved quickly. This on-ground structure helped protect the guest experience during peak periods and delivered a safe, well-managed festival from opening to close.
