Manar Abu Dhabi is a Public Art Abu Dhabi initiative that offers guests the opportunity to engage with the transformative power of light, through light sculptures, projections, and immersive artworks commissioned specifically for the site. Vibes has been honored to provide specialized staffing support to the event from 2023 onwards.
Vibes deployed 285 staff across various zones, including entrances, key routes, installations, and transport areas. At the entrance, ticketing staff efficiently handled guest transactions with precision, and scanning staff validated tickets, keeping entry queues moving and minimizing wait times. Ushers guided guests through the exhibits ensuring that they moved easily from installation to installation. For guests to cover longer distances quicker, our buggy drivers were deployed for assistance.
Vibes’ hand-picked tour guides led scheduled walks that balanced storytelling with flow, carefully pacing the time spent at each exhibit. With the crowds growing steadily after dark, our crowd control teams worked to prevent bottlenecks and preserve the atmosphere and experience. Vibes’ execution ensured the smooth delivery of a prestigious public art showcase, demonstrating our expertise in large-scale event staffing, no matter what the type of event.
