Formula One Grand Prix

The F1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix descended upon Yas Marina Circuit with its action, glitz and glam. The program encompassed practice rounds, qualifying, and a full race day alongside paddock hospitality and fan zones. Right from the early days of the Grand Prix back in 2009, Vibes has provided staffing support to this global spectacle.

Vibes deployed 1,200 trained staff across primary entrances, grandstand concourses, marina links, transport areas, and hospitality suites. Ticketing teams efficiently handled high volumes at entry points, managing reprints, and upgrades to ensure quick access for all attendees. Scanners efficiently validated thousands of entries. Ushers, trained for the event, directed guests through stairwells and seating areas, ensuring smooth movement throughout the venue. 

Hosts and hostesses greeted and attended to VIP guests at exclusive lounges and terraces, providing a high level of service. Supervisors made sure that all staff were correctly positioned, and continuously monitored crowd movement throughout the exhibition.

As part of Vibes hospitality services for the event, bartenders and bar managers delivered fast and precise service even as crowds increased. Cashiers processed transactions quickly and accurately, preventing delays and enhancing guest experience. The result was a high-octane Grand Prix weekend that matched the energy of the championship ending race.
