Vibes has been the largest staffing provider for F1 Abu Dhabi GP since its inception in 2009, deploying 1,620 staff across 50 different job roles. . Our team managed ticketing and entry operations, assisted with customer service, and provided high-quality hospitality across all VIP suites, paddock, and all bars. VIP hosts and hostesses gave special guests star treatment, ensuring that their arrival protocols, seating arrangements, and hospitality needs were handled efficiently.
Delivered as a round-the-clock operation, teams worked continuous schedules from 6:00 am starts through to 3:00 am finishes, maintaining pace across every shift change and peak period. The result was a world-class Grand Prix weekend delivered with the precision a global, championship-level event demands, demonstrating Vibes’ capability to perform at scale under pressure.
