The opening month at Expo 2020 kickstarted a global showcase that ultimately spanned 182 days, drew over 24 million visits, and brought together 192 country pavilions. Vibes was proud to be chosen as a staffing partner for what would become one of the largest events that the UAE ever hosted.
To live up to the extraordinary expectations, we deployed 850 staff across the sprawling venue. At the entrance, the accreditation team distributed credentials, verified and issued passes, and resolved access queries. Ticketing teams kept lines moving by swiftly managing on-site ticket sales and collections. Buggy drivers efficiently transported attendees around the venue. Ushers were also on hand both within the venue and in individual pavilions, to guide guests through different sections.
Hosts and hostesses created professional, welcoming experiences for guests. Our staff supervisors ensured all areas were well-staffed, adjusting positions as needed. On-site managers oversaw operations, coordinating with staff and organizers to maintain smooth event execution.
