Dubai Run & Ride turned the city into a running track for several hours, drawing thousands of participants from all over town. It draws big crowds, with early starts, and a choice of professional or family friendly routes. Since 2022, the Vibes team has been a crucial factor in the smooth running of the event.
Vibes deployed 495 team members spread across start villages, bib pickup zones, and finish lines. We managed entry points during early surges, provided wayfinding in busy areas.
Our team managed the start and finish lines, oversaw bib distribution and ensured smooth route flow for participants. Ushers led thousands of participants to their designated spots. Throughout the run of the event, crowd control teams played a big role in keeping movement flowing and preventing bottlenecks. We also provided participant support, guiding runners, and directing guests to nearby metro stations or parking areas.
