To support the event, Vibes deployed 4,500 staff spread across multiple stadiums. . Accreditation and registration teams verified credentials and managed access for fans and officials while ticketing teams handled sales at peak times. Scanners validated entry quickly at gates to maintain steady flow into venues. Hosts and hostesses supported VIPs, guests, and official groups across key areas, ensuring a welcoming matchday experience.
With crowd control taking on huge significance, our team moved quickly, directing guest flow and managing guest flow to prevent bottlenecks. Supervisors managed staff and ensured they worked in a co-ordinated and efficient manner, throughout the tournament.
