ADQ and Modon was a high-profile inauguration in Egypt that involved VIP arrivals, media coverage, and a scripted stage program. As the preferred staffing partner, Vibes’ role was to manage VIP routes and guest movements so that the spotlight stayed on the stage at all times.
Vibes deployed a team of 80 team members across audience areas, press sections and hospitality suites. As an event attended by VIPs, hosts and hostesses played an important role in greeting prominent guests with poise and charm. In addition, our media assistants managed press check-ins and supported media coverage throughout the event. F & B teams ensured guests were well looked after. Staff supervisors kept track of all team members and adjusted their positions for better coverage at key moments. To ensure all aspects of the staffing operation ran smoothly, onsite managers coordinated staff and organizer requests in real-time.
