ADQ Carnival, Abu Dhabi, is a 10-day community carnival with a program of family attractions, entertainment activities and interactive experiences. With multiple touchpoints and a wide range of activities, Vibes has focused on managing crowd flow, ensuring smooth transitions between zones, and maintaining efficient service since 2024.
Vibes deployed 200 staff at entrances, ticket points, activation areas, and F&B zones for the full run of the event. Our registration, accreditation, and ticketing teams ensured smooth check-ins, maintained orderly queues, and kept large crowds moving efficiently.
Crowd control teams directed guest flow across the venue, while ushers guided attendees through various event zones. Meanwhile, our activity assistants ran queues at game and photo spots, resetting spaces quickly so families cycled through without delays. Finally, cashiers handled transactions efficiently and accurately so that visitors could quickly get back to the entertainment and activities.
