ADQ Carnival

The ADQ Carnival, a 10-day community event held in Abu Dhabi, was a vibrant festival attended by over 50,000 families, residents, and visitors, enjoying a range of entertainment activities, and immersive experiences. Designed to engage the public, the carnival featured numerous attractions across multiple zones, including live performances, interactive installations, and retail areas. With high footfall throughout the event, precise operational coordination, crowd management, and consistent customer service were essential to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

Vibes provided a comprehensive workforce solution for the carnival, deploying a team of 380 staff to ensure smooth operations throughout the event. The team covered a wide range of visitor-facing and operational roles, including registration, ticketing, wayfinding across activity zones and retail areas, school tour guides, and high-level customer service in busy spaces. To support family programming, selected team members were hand picked for kids activations and large-crowd areas, including Lost Kids assistance and lost and found coverage. Staff also supported crowd control and managed entry and exit points, maintaining positive guest engagement and orderly movement during peak attendance periods. 

With strong supervision and real-time staffing coordination, Vibes ensured operational continuity, effective crowd control, and a positive experience for all attendees. Our dedicated workforce helped create a safe and engaging environment, ensuring the ADQ Carnival delivered an organized, well-executed experience from start to finish.
