Vibes deployed 280 trained staff across gates, concourses, perimeter routes, and hospitality points. Accreditation staff ensured that all athletes, coaches, officials and spectators received their credentials quickly and efficiently, managing access and replying to queries. Registration teams handled the check-in process for participants, handling late bibs if required. Once this step was complete, ushers stepped in to guide athletes, teams, and spectators to their designated areas, from locker rooms to competition zones.
With tens of thousands of participants and other attendees, crowd control played a crucial role in maintaining event flow and preventing bottlenecks.
