Fight week took over Yas Island with a blockbuster main card, weigh-ins and fan zones that drew international attention and packed arena nights. Across multiple days and venues, the city buzzed with visiting fans, media, and VIPs.
Vibes deployed 400 staff on the ground across multiple touchpoints. We provided staffing for accreditation, registration and ticketing, followed by wayfinding with ushers.
Crowd control staff kept the energy high by ensuring attendees moved smoothly around the venue without bottlenecks, even at surge periods like pre-match, interval or post-match times. Hosts and hostesses greeted and supported VIPs. All staff operated under the watchful eye of our staff supervisors and on-site managers, who worked closely with the organizers throughout the event. Through Abu Dhabi Showdown Week, we reinforced Vibes' capabilities to handle the staffing needs of large, multi-day sporting events with ease and efficiency.
