In November 2024, Wireless Festival Middle East took over Etihad Park on Yas Island with a multi-artist, multi-stage lineup and a schedule that ran from daylight to late night. Entry surged before key performers and again around breaks, with heavy movement between the different stages and food and beverage zones. With Wireless being a one-day festival featuring multiple zones in constant motion, avoiding chaos was a necessity.
Vibes provided a team of 388 staff across gates, concourses, stage areas and premium lounges from first entry to close. We set lane counts at the main admissions, positioned wayfinding along high-traffic corridors, and timed service pushes to match predictable surges before headliners.
At the gates, ticketing staff managed on site sales and collections while keeping entry moving, even during peak arrival times. They handled entry queries with accuracy, speed, and professionalism to reduce delays and maintain steady flow. Across the site, ushers guided crowd flow between stages, cleared bottlenecks and supported VIP priorities between set changes. Bartenders kept volumes high with stock staging and tight rotations through peak periods. The Wireless festival day was a big success and the Vibes team played a crucial part in ensuring this.
