Sting performed at Etihad Arena, Abu Dhabi in April 2025 as part of the STING 3.0 World Tour, welcoming a sold-out audience of up to 18,000 guests for a world-class arena concert. With clear peaks around arrival and intervals, the night called for hospitality delivery that could respond quickly while maintaining the refined atmosphere expected of a world-class arena show.
Vibes deployed 150 team members to deliver hospitality and logistics operations across the arena. Bars were set for rapid interval service, teams flexed instantly as demand shifted, and transactions remained fast and accurate, keeping queues short and guest flow uninterrupted throughout the evening.
