The first ever OFF LIMITS Music Festival in 2025 introduced a new level of large-scale live entertainment to Abu Dhabi, bringing together more than 30,000 attendees for a full 12 hours of performances. Ed Sheeran, OneRepublic, Kaiser Chiefs, Faithless, Sevdaliza and Ben&Ben performed across four purpose-built stages.
Vibes played a major role in supporting the festival with over 579 team members across the event. Our team covered front-of-house operations, guest access control, VIP hospitality areas and all bar service points, and also managed bar setup, stock coordination and operational support throughout the full duration of the event.
Ticketing teams processed arrivals at multiple gates, bar managers supervised high-volume service, traffic marshals directed movement across all entry and exit routes and surge plans were activated when crowds increased, to maintain consistent momentum. With the number of guests increasing, queues stayed manageable, service remained reliable and attendees were able to enjoy the festival without operational delays. Our contribution to this first edition of OFF LIMITS reflects Vibes’ capability to support some of the region’s most ambitious entertainment events with scale.
