The inaugural OFF LIMITS Music Festival in 2025 introduced a new benchmark for large-scale live entertainment in Abu Dhabi. Spanning 12 hours of performances across four purpose-built stages, the festival welcomed more than 30,000 attendees and featured Ed Sheeran, OneRepublic, Kaiser Chiefs, Faithless, Sevdaliza, and Ben&Ben.
Vibes supported the delivery of the festival, deploying 579 trained team members across the site. Our workforce covered guest-facing and operational delivery across multiple zones, keeping the venue organized and well-controlled from gates open through to the final performance. Teams supported entry operations, access control, VIP areas, and hospitality points, while coordinating stock and back-of-house support to maintain service levels.
With structured supervision and real-time coordination, our teams maintained smooth guest movement, supported consistent service during peak demand, and met operational requirements across the full event duration. As attendance built throughout the day, queues stayed controlled and momentum was maintained safely and efficiently allowing attendees to enjoy the festival without disruption.
