In December 2024, Eminem headlined the Yasalam After-Race Concerts at Etihad Park, Yas Island, pulling a near-capacity crowd on Formula 1 weekend. With doors open early and volume peaking before showtime and at the interval, the schedule left little room for error. The 40,000-strong crowd called for tight entry control, clear wayfinding, and fast service at every touchpoint.
Vibes deployed 488 staff on the ground, spread across gates, concourses, VIP zones, and bar points from first entry to close. We covered registrations, placed teams in premium lounges, and planned timed service pushes to match crowd surges. Our job was to shorten lines, keep guests moving to where they need to be, and run high-throughput service without losing the show’s momentum.
At the gates, ticketing staff managed reprints, collections, and on-site sales, keeping lines moving during peak arrivals. Scanning staff validated tickets quickly and kept checkpoints flowing, reducing wait times and bottlenecks. Crowd control staff directed guest movement through high traffic areas, supporting safe and smooth entry.
