Vibes supported the concert with a coordinated deployment of 383 trained staff, delivering guest-facing and operational support from gates open through to show close. Teams were positioned across admissions, seating and aisle support, VIP lounges, and hospitality areas to manage high-volume arrivals, guide guest movement, and support premium experiences throughout the venue.
With structured supervision and real-time coordination, guest flow remained controlled during late surges, VIP movement was handled smoothly, and hospitality operations were timed around pre-show and interval demand.
