On 9 November 2024, Diljit Dosanjh lit up Etihad Park, Yas Island for his first solo Abu Dhabi concert, drawing 30,000+ fans and marking one of the capital’s biggest single-night turnouts in nearly a decade. Doors opened at 6:00 PM with performances running late into the night. This created a tight, high-pressure window for entry, VIP movement, and F&B peaks that needed to be managed.
Vibes tackled this by deploying 383 staff, covering guest-facing touchpoints and premium zones from gates to close. We set up admissions and aisle support, staffed VIP lounges, and ran high-volume bars and concession points. The brief was clear: keep arrivals quick, guide people where they need to be, and time service pushes around pre-show and interval surges.
Ticketing staff kept queues moving during late surges, coordinated arrivals, managed crowd flow, and ensured that every guest felt welcome and confident from the moment they arrived. VIP hosts handled seating and welcomed guests with ease. Bar managers handled all service flow, setting rotation times, and cashiers kept tills moving through peak periods. The concert highlighted Vibes' expertise in staffing for high traffic, high-caliber events.
