Coldplay made UAE music history in January 2025, becoming the first international act to deliver four sold-out shows at Zayed Sports City Stadium. Across four nights, more than 200,000 fans filled the venue, creating one of the country’s most iconic live music moments.
Vibes supported this record-breaking run with a large-scale workforce deployment of 850 team members per night, delivering high-volume operations across guest entry, crowd movement, and hospitality. Each evening, our teams included 300 front-of-house staff and 550 bar crew, operating across 36 venue bars to manage bar stock coordination and fast-paced service for tens of thousands of guests.
With structured supervision and real-time coordination, our teams maintained controlled queues, clear guest flow, and consistent service standards throughout every peak period. The result was a smooth, well-managed event experience that allowed guests to focus on the show, reinforcing Vibes’ capability as a trusted staffing partner for major concerts and large-scale entertainment in the UAE.
