Delivering a multi-day festival environment at this scale requires disciplined operations, crowd control, and high-volume hospitality across changing peak periods and site conditions.
Vibes was engaged to provide end-to-end staffing support for Club Social, deploying a coordinated workforce to maintain safe guest flow, consistent service standards, and smooth delivery across the venue. For the event, we recruited, trained, and deployed 500+ team members, covering guest-facing and operational functions across entry gates, performance areas, hospitality zones, and back-of-house operations.
