For Club Social, Vibes recruited, trained, and deployed over 500 staff, a multi-disciplinary on-site workforce covering customer service, ticketing, hospitality, logistics, and crowd management functions. Our teams operated across entry gates, performance areas, bar zones, and back-of-house operations, supporting both peak performance hours and off-peak operational needs.
