With early arrivals and short intermissions, the challenge wasn’t just speed, it was timing: keep service moving fast, keep queues under control, and get guests back in their seats before the next set hit.
Vibes deployed 150 team members to deliver a high-tempo hospitality operation throughout the season. We built service points for rapid activation, scaled staffing to match predictable pre-show and interval rushes, and kept transactions flowing smoothly so guests could grab drinks quickly without missing a moment.
