Coldplay made UAE music history in January 2025, becoming the first international act to perform four sold-out shows at Zayed Sports City Stadium. During the four nights, 200,000 fans filled the venue, creating one of the most memorable live music moments the country has seen.Vibes was at the heart of Coldplay’s last tour to Abu Dhabi with a large-scale staffing operation of 850 team members each night. Our teams included 300 front-of-house staff and 550 bar crew working across all 36 venue bars. They handled bar stock coordination and high-volume service for tens of thousands of guests.Throughout the event, our ticketing teams managed high entry volumes with confidence, our ushers kept crowd movement clear between gates and stands, and our bar managers maintained steady service during every peak. With strong coordination across all teams, queues stayed controlled, service remained consistent and guests were able to enjoy the concert without operational disruption.
