Client demands

Coordinating over 560 staff over 15 halls to serve 60,000+ visitors and VIP delegations required a highly structured approach to deployment and communication.

Additional staffing was required on the same day, with limited preparation time before deployment.

At short notice, the client requested several additional measures, including adjustments to the staff dress code and the introduction of name tags and badges to clearly identify staff by role.

Promptly adapted the dress code to align with client requirements, managing the full process from tailoring, fitting, and sampling for client approval. In addition,Vibes designed and produced customized name tags for all staff, which were ultimately adopted as the client’s official badges.‍
